Mats may only be placed in the spaces marked to ensure proper distancing per the recommendations laid out.
Class sizes will be strictly limited.
You must register online for class in advance. Always check WellnessLiving for the most up to date scheduling and availability.
You must cancel 2 hours before class or you will be charged due to the limited space available. If you have an unlimited package and no-show, your credit card will be charged for the class. The cancellation fee is $8.
Classes will be clearly marked on WellnessLiving as LIVE or ZOOM. Please make sure you register for the correct class. For Zoom classes, you must be registered 30 minutes prior to class time. If no one is registered 3 hours prior to class, the in studio class is cancelled, the Zoom will continue. For 6:00am classes, you must sign up by 9:00pm the night before.
To allow us time to sanitize before and after each class, doors will be open to the public only 10 minutes prior to class. Please wait in your car until we prop open the back door. We will only enter and exit the building through the back door.
We will prop the yoga room doors open before and after class. Please allow us to be the only ones touching the doors.
We really want to hang out with you, but we’re going to have to wait on that just a little longer.
Masks are required before you enter the building and until you are on your mat. When you step off your mat, you are required to replace your mask first. I understand that some of you don’t agree with masks, but for those that do, and the respect we show each other, let’s all work together for everyone’s sanity.
You are welcome to bring your own, and we will again have them for sale in the studio. For the time being, we will not be walking through the room sharing oil.
No communal props will be available. We still have a very few of our used props available for purchase at a discount. We will also be stocking retail props.
While we have them available for purchase, we will not have rentals during this time.
Please don’t stop breathing. But, we will not be cueing open mouth breathing. No ujjayi breath. For the Hot 26 we will be doing other pranayamas that don’t encourage an open mouth exhale.
Showers will be closed for now.
We will not be offering any physical adjustments, and hugs will only be made of air!
Obviously, we ask that you stay home and Zoom, if you have any fever, feel that you might be ill in any way, have come in contact with someone ill, or have traveled. Honestly, you already knew that, right?
